I own a E300td and need some help with a power window problem. Every so often random windows just stop functioning. The only way to get them back working is to pull the fuse associated with the window that has stopped, with the ignition on, and put it back. Then all is normal untill the next window dies. Does anyone have any idea what is going on here?

Rear Window out of track
My Driver's side rear window dropped down into the housing with no warning..How do I get it back in the track??? Can someone give me step-by-step instructions on this? Thx.
